About Me

About INNewsCenter: INNewsCenter is the brain child of Aeverine Nieves and launched on November 1, 1999. The web site covers the changes in Indiana television news and occasionally beyond. Keeping up with and watching TV News has always been a hobby of Ms. Nieves and as she found out, it is that of many others as well. After seeing web sites like our sister site in FL (Florida News Center) and other city and regional news sites, the idea for INNewsCenter was born. INNewsCenter officially came online in June of 2004, after going through several changes and identities on Ms. Nieves' personal web site . Since 2004, INNewsCenter has gone through several different looks, as the site has grown from covering only Indianapolis and Fort Wayne when launched in 1999, to all ten IN television markets in 2005 and adjacent markets in 2007. In November 2008, INNewsCenter switched to the High Definition format and clips being shown in at least 16:9 Widescreen and High Definiton.

Thank You’s….: The first and biggest thank you goes out to Robyn L. Hurd and Garfield Everman. Without them, offering suggestions, such as web hosting during 2004, there would be no INNewsCenter HD. Thank you, Robyn and Garfield! The other thank you’s go out to the many people that contact Ms. Nieves with breaking news, changing and incorrect information and new media from Indiana and beyond.
